And for my next trick…

I have been studying to be a coach for about two and a half months now, and have learned about active listening, asking powerful questions, and ways to partner with my clients to help them get to their “a-ha” moments.

My teacher recently began asking us to create our “elevator” speech.  What makes us special in the world of coaching and what can we bring to our clients?

I believe that we all have very powerful instincts and our own brand of intuition.  And I think that if we are healthy in body, mind and spirit, we can do some exploration in order to find and listen to that unique inner voice.

I’ve had experiences over the years where my inner voice/ intuition/ instinct gave me very clear directions about making changes in my life.  I can think of two examples where that little voice pointed me towards an exit strategy from negative situations.

The great thing about intuition is that not only can it steer you out of dangerous territory, it can also point you towards the right path, and that can lead to positive changes.

Why do we need coaches to help us “hear” that inner voice?  I think you already know the answer to that one!  There have been numerous voices telling us what to do, think and love from the beginning of childhood.  And let’s face it, many of them have been well meaning, from loved ones trying to help us.  Their advice can be good, if it fits you, but if that isn’t the case, you might need to find your own way.

I promise my clients that I will help them find their inner voice that will lead them to the path in life that is meant for them!

On that hopeful note, please email me if you would like to be a “practice” client!  devine.coaching1@gmail.com  thank you!
