It’s time for a shout out!

It’s time for me to give a big shout out to my people!

People:

[pee-puh l]

Definition #4 from dictionary.com:

“the entire body of persons who constitute a community, tribe, nation, or other group by virtue of a common culture, history, religion, or the like”

I’m here to say thank you to all of the people who have supported me in my new-ish incarnation as a life coach and blog writer.  Just like everyone else, I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do with my life.  How can I find meaningful work that I love? How do I put my big dreams and ideas into the real world?   How do I enjoy life, even when things aren’t going so smoothly?

The search for those answers brought me to life coaching, which in turn, helped me discover the field of positive psychology.  I feel like these two powerful tools or schools of thought can help me, and many others, find answers to those burning questions.  I try to let those ideas form my intentions and actions, so that life keeps getting better!

So here I am, starting a coaching practice and blogging about ideas that affect my life, and trying to share my insights with the world.  I was painfully shy as a kid, and taking the step to create a public blog about my real life was a big deal.

That’s why, today, I’m simply saying thank you to everyone who has “liked” my posts, sent me comments, honored me by deciding to follow this blog, and generally shown me support as I put myself out there.  You are the reason I keep going, why I keep pursuing my dreams, and why I know I’m not alone.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
