How did you make out last week with the first part of my program? I hope these exercises will help you have a much more stress free holiday season!
I had planned to sign people up for a package of individual coaching sessions to match up with the Steps. I did have some technical difficulties (computer crash!) However, I am still available to help you work through the material and get the most out of these exercises.

Again, please describe things as clearly as possible. Include details, scenarios, the feelings that come up, etc.
What would you prefer the holidays to look like?
If you had to write the ideal solution/ situation, what would it look like?
What are you doing? What are you doing different?
What is the best part about this new scenario?
Once you’ve written everything out to your satisfaction, write something positive like “I’m going to make this happen!”
Then, go do something relaxing. Again, give yourself a pat on the back for thinking about solutions, and let yourself relax so new ideas may emerge.
