New and Improved Holidays part #3

Hi, everyone!

I hope you have been enjoying my little holiday class.

We are on the third step this week.  You can find the first two steps below on this blog.  Please let me know if you need any help or need more guidance.

Step #3

Again, please describe things as clearly as possible. 

Let’s make a plan!

What are some actions that could move you towards the best case scenario?

Have you handled problems like this in the past?

What worked and what didn’t?

What hurdles might stand in the way? How can you overcome them?

Time to brainstorm, write out some options, and notice which ones feel most realistic.

When you have finished brainstorming and writing out ideas, take some time to relax with intention.  Before bed each night, think “how might I solve this?”  Then, you let your brain do the heavy lifting while you sleep!

Besides letting your subconscious do some of the work, you should also feel happy that you are trying to figure things out.  You are taking action to solve a problem, and it should be a good feeling.  Congratulate yourself and then get some rest!
