Some good reading suggestions

Interested in reading about positive psychology?

I recently ran across a writer named Emma Seppala.  She is a PhD in psychology and works at Stanford University.  She has written a book, called the Happiness Track, and has written a large number of articles on everything from parenting to relationships and personal success.  Her focus is helping people thrive, and her methods are backed by scientific research.  If you are looking for some ideas on how to be happier and act/ think more positively, she can help!

How about finding your career path?

I also just started digging into a book called Career Grease by Alison Cardy.  Alison is a career coach and helps people figure out their career path.  Whether you are a new graduate or have experience and are looking to change fields, she has some good exercises and advice.  She is very down to earth and gives very practical ideas about what questions to ask and what steps to take.

I hope everyone has a great day!
